Dr. Neha Jha is a dedicated and innovative Professor specializing in Business Administration and Management. With a PhD in Management from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University. She holds an MBA and a BBA, both with first-division . After accumulating 4 years corporate experience she transitioned to academia. Over the past 6 years, she has been imparting knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate management student. She has authored multiple research papers on finance, management, and artificial intelligence which is published in various journals including UGC listed ,peer reviewed, Scopus .She has also contributed in edited book on E-Commerce. She is also upgrading her skill with recent development in Human Resources by indulging in different AI integrated courses of HR. Additionally, she has also participated in numerous National and International seminars and conferences, where she presented her research on various management topics, further upgrading her reputation in academic circles.
