ISM Patna Placement Cell is focused on giving the best opportunities in their respective field so they can live the life of their dreams. Before campus recruitment, we make sure that our students understand the workings of the industry and what could be harnessing their interest better. Frequent industry visits, lectures from field experts, internships between semesters, counselling sessions, etc., are organized during their college days to make them employable. ISM understands that placement is a two-way thing, we not only wish the best for our students that they work in MNCs but also for the employers that they get polished personnel who can handle their job responsibilities calmly and effectively and give the best outcomes.
Our work doesn't end after placement, we take regular feedback from the employer to understand which qualities of our students are liked in the industry and what portions we are lacking so we can improve ourselves. Over the years our placement cell has been able to deliver according to the expectations. Our students have secured good packages from well-established companies and have outperformed their peers. Different activities are taken care of to fully prepare students for placement. We bring out the best of them by making sure that they undergo several stages of transformation that enable them to present themselves well in front of the recruiters.
Communication Abilities - Communication is one of the most crucial steps to give an outstanding interview. Knowledge is necessary but if you can't convey it well to the recruiter then it may have adverse effects. At ISM, students regularly participate in class presentations, debates, etc., which helps them learn the art of communicating well in front of a group of people and eradicates every bit of hesitation that they might possess.
Subject Knowledge - Learning from the expert ISM faculties ultimately makes them the Ace in their respective field. Having extraordinary subject knowledge is a must to grab the best recruitment offer and ISM makes sure that every student knows the AtoZ of their subject.
Presentation Skills - Being presentable is an art, not everyone knows how to be perfect at presentations. We understand that knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say makes a lot of difference and that's what we try to teach our students so their content delivery is crisp and impactful.
Mock Interviews - Mock interviews are the best way to analyze what the student is lacking and how we can improve it. At ISM, students go through mock interviews during the final stages of the course so they can work on themselves and prepare for their life-changing event effectively.

Placement Overview

Students from ISM have secured jobs in reputed companies like Reliance, Wipro, ITC, HCL, AMUL, TATA, HDFC, Kotak Life, Annapurna Finance, Bandhan Bank, etc., with outstanding packages. The highest package at ISM went on to 19 LPA^* and the average remained at 6 LPA^* which is quite impressive in the initial phase of the career.

When students and faculty are together outside the classroom, new educational environments and experience are possible. Students may have the opportunity to observe many things that are not available at institute. Management students of ISM Patna go for industrial visits after third trimester of their academic trimesters. The students benefit a lot from the industry visit. It gives a unique experience of witnessing the concepts taught in the class being put into actual practice.
