Strategic Business Planner and Best Startup Mentor of the Year award at the grand G20 Bizox, New Delhi, Mr. Arif Habib on Friday, September 15, 2023, in an expert talk “E-Samvaad” on the theme of “Startups and Its Challenges in the context of Bihar”, shared with students of International School of Management Patna, the mantras to become a successful entrepreneur ignited with the zeal innovation, problem-solving and creative mindset. Under the guidance of Director, Dr. Vijay Bahadur Singh, this talk was organized by the coordinator of ISM E-cell and Domain Leader of Economics and Finance, Assistant Professor, Ms. Shilpi Kavita.
Talking about his innovative approach of the “Global Dexterity Localization Model”, Mr. Habib stated that this model would help young startups unlock the potential of India’s wellness heritage on the global stage. He discussed how the idea to modernise traditional Indian concepts can meet the preferences of the modern consumer estimated at $200 billion worldwide. The idea of exponentially boosting exports by using India’s traditional culture as a brand is especially dynamic since India is attracting much interest worldwide as the G20 head.
During his talk, he emphasized the importance of self-employment as a very fast emerging favourable prospect than conventional choices in the current economic perspective of orchestrated Make in India and Skill India programmes. He said those aspiring to become job-givers in Bihar, instead of job-seekers, to focus on developing soft skills, critical thinking ability and problem-solving expertise and be relevant to the market must climb the entrepreneurship ladder successfully.
