On the last day of World Computer Week Celebration NSS Committee of International School of Management Patna conducted Nukkad Natak on Computer Literacy in a few villages around the campus on Wednesday, 1 March. Under the guidance of Director, Professor (Dr) R. K. Singh, this Nukkad Natak was played by BAJMC and BCP NSS volunteers. Head of the Committee, Ms. Shilpi Kavita said, “This play seeks to address the digital divide by taking computer literacy to the remotest corners of the world and particularly to encourage the use of technological skills among children and women in India.”
Under the supervision and coordination of other members of the committee, Ms. Vandana Verma, Mr. Rahul Kumar Sinha and Mr. Nayan Ranjan Sinha the script of the play was written on the plot of sensitizing people in backward societies about the need to learn how to use a computer that has become a fundamental need at every walk of life across the world.
Motivated by the faculty coordinators, BAJMC and BCP, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Bharti and Mr. Abhishek Pandey under the special direction of computer expert Ms. Vandana Verma the participants of this play could lively communicate the audience about uses of computer for several purposes like online bill payment, home tutoring, social media access, digital agriculture, digital marketing, digital medical services, free online education facilities etc.
