The Department of Information Technology (IT), International School of Management organized and successfully conducted Webinar on above mentioned theme on Zoom platform.
The Webinar started in time i.e. 11:30 AM sharply.
Initially, Mr. R. Dayal welcomed the Key-note speaker Mr. Amit Kumar followed by formal introduction by the Moderator of Webinar Dr. Priyadarshini, Asst Professor, after uttering her profile requested him to start delivery.
Mr. Kumar made delivery narrating every aspects of the theme with the help of PowerPoint presentation. The glimpses of the delivery are:
1. Cloud Computing is an ‘On Demand self-service’, which provide computing capabilities automatically without human interaction with service provider as when required, containing capability of broad network access with resource pooling concept and rapid elasticity;
2. Narrated in detail the service models viz., Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS);
3. Also explained the cloud terminology being used – High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Fault Tolerance, Scalability, Elasticity etc.;
4. Defined with illustrations CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure).
