Dr. Shatakshi is an accomplished academician and communication skills trainer with expertise in English Literature, Business English, Professional Communication, Personality Development, and Grooming. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the International School of Management (ISM), Patna, she is dedicated to enhancing students' communication competencies, professional etiquette, and overall personality development.
Holding a Ph.D. in English Literature, Dr. Shatakshi combines strong academic foundations with practical teaching experience in higher education. She has previously served as a Visiting Faculty at Amity University, Patna, where she taught Professional and Business Communication to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
An active researcher, she has published seven research papers, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, UGC CARE-listed journals, and Scopus-indexed journals, demonstrating her commitment to scholarly excellence and research contributions.
