A dedicated and accomplished academician with over 10+ years of diversified experience in education, management,
computer science, and banking. I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the International School of
Management, Patna.
My professional journey includes significant academic and administrative roles at Mangalmay Institute of Management
and Technology (MIMT), Greater Noida, and Ram Chameli Chadha Vishvas Girls College, Ghaziabad, where I handled
key responsibilities such as NAAC documentation (all criteria), ERP administration, MIS development, academic data
analysis, quality assurance, overall academic operations and contributing actively to IQAC, academic planning, and
institutional development.
I hold an MBA (HR & Finance) from AKTU, a PGDBO from NIIT, and a PGDCA from IISD, along with professional
certifications as an HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, and HR Recruiter. My academic career is enriched by industry
experience gained at ICICI Bank, Hindustan Times, and corporate roles in operations, enabling me to integrate practical
insights and industry relevance into classroom teaching.
As an educator, I specialize in teaching Management, Principles of Management (POM), IT, Computer Organization &
Architecture (COA), and Human Resource subjects across B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, and MBA programs. My teaching
approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, structured delivery, practical examples, and real-world application, ensuring
students develop strong analytical and professional skills.
With a strong passion for research and writing, I have authored six books and published 18+ research papers in reputed
national and international journals. My academic contributions have been recognized with prestigious honours,
including the Sahitya Sparsh Award 2024 (Academic Category) and the Quest for Quality Award. My earlier corporate
achievements include multiple recognitions from ICICI Bank for excellence in operational performance and customer
service.
