ISM Patna organised an online expert talk on Strategic Workforce Planning and Staff Engagement on Saturday. Mr. Ranjeet, Sinha, HR Head, Shri Ram Centennial School and Ex HR Admin (T&D), R.Com, was the chief guest of this programme.
Mr. Sinha enlightened the students about great challenges and their solutions faced by HR manager in the post pandemic era. He centralized his talk on introduction to a strategic planning for work force; post-modern methods of recruiting, development and retention of staff; work force optimization by putting the right talent in the right roles at the right time, the right place and the right cost; work culture, assessment of employee’s experience in an organisation; and employee engagement in an organisationas a passionate, energetic, and committed worker.
This insightful and informative talk, convened by Assistant Professor, HR, Dr. Sweta, was summed up with the question-answer session and vote of thanks proposed by Mrs.Pooja Dubey, moderator of the session and Domain Leader of the HR Department of ISM.
