ISM, Patna, November 1, 2025 — The International School of Management (ISM), Patna, witnessed a remarkable confluence of celebration and scholarship as the institution marked the birthday of its esteemed Chairman, Shree Samrendra Singh, with the release of the inaugural volume of the International Journal of Educational Administration and Management (IJEAM). This dual occasion, held under the aegis of ISM’s Research and Development (R&D) Cell and Cultural Committee, stood as an intellectual offering of gratitude to a visionary leader whose guidance continues to inspire the institution’s academic and research endeavours.
The launch of IJEAM marks a proud milestone in ISM’s journey “Towards Excellence.” A peer-reviewed journal, IJEAM seeks to advance innovative research in education and management, fostering a culture of inquiry, critical reflection, and scholarly rigour. The inaugural volume features select research papers originally presented during ISM’s International Conference on Global Research Perspectives: Sustainovate 2025, organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on July 25–26, 2025.
The Journal Release Ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including the Guest of Honour, Shree Samrendra Singh, Hon’ble Chairman, Ms. Nibha Singh, Lady Chairman, Chief Guest, Shree Deval Singh, Hon’ble Vice-Chairman, and Special Guest, Shree Amal Singh, Hon’ble Secretary, Ms. Akriti Singh, Secretary Madam, along with Academic Head, Dr. Sweta Rani, and Admin, Ms. Neeru Kumari.
Under the guidance of the Academic Head, the event was meticulously coordinated by Mr. Anand Kumar Choudhary, Vice-Chairperson, R&D Cell; Ms. Pooja Dubey, Coordinator; and Mr. Anas Rayees, IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Neha Jha, Cultural Chairperson, with active participation from faculty members, researchers, and students.
The atmosphere resonated with warmth, reverence, and intellectual pride as the ISM fraternity extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Chairman Shree Samrendra Singh, celebrating his visionary leadership and enduring commitment to educational excellence. His stewardship has been instrumental in positioning ISM Patna as a centre for quality education, research, and institutional innovation.
In her address, Dr. Sweta Rani commended the concerted efforts of the R&D Cell, IQAC team, and paper contributors, noting that “A true educational institution thrives when its leadership and scholarship move hand in hand towards excellence.”
