Patna, October 11, 2025: Adhering to CSR activities, the International School of Management (ISM), Patna, continues its tradition of nurturing young minds and guiding them toward future success by organizing an insightful Career Counselling Session for Intermediate students from various nearby schools on Friday, 10 October 2025.
The session, held under the able guidance of Dr. Sweta Rani, Academic Head, aimed to help students identify their potential and make informed academic and professional choices. The
event was efficiently coordinated by Mr. Dayanidhi, Student Relations Manager, whose efforts ensured active participation and smooth execution.
During the interactive session, Ms. Neeru Kumari, Training and Placement Officer and Admin, shared valuable insights on the growing importance of communicative skills in the modern
professional world. She elaborated on how effective communication, confidence, and placement techniques play a decisive role in career advancement.
Dr. D. N. Singh, Principal, ISM Patna, inspired the students with his talk on goal setting, time management, and general awareness. He also highlighted the significance of strengthening listening and writing skills to excel in both academic and career pursuits.
The programme concluded with an engaging Q&A session where students interacted with the speakers, seeking advice on choosing suitable career paths in management, technology, and media studies.
