On Saturday, 06 May 2023, under the prudent guidance of Director, Professor (Dr) R. K. Singh, the Department of IT, International School of Management Patna, organised an Industrial Visit to a leading software development company, specialized in developing customized software solutions for businesses of all sizes, “Codebucket Solutions, Shah Arcade, 1st floor, Opp. Gate no. 93, Digha, Patna”. This visit was conducted into two shifts for 60 selected students of Section A and B of BCA 3rd Semester of the institute. This It was led by Domain Leader of the Department of IT, Ms. Jaya Kumari, and Software expert, Assistant Professor, Mr. Ravi Singh.
The visit aimed to provide students with practical knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the industry and give them a chance to interact with professionals. The visit started at 10:30 am with a brief introduction about the company and its services. The students were briefed about the company’s profile, projects, and achievements since its establishment.
After the presentation, the students were taken to various departments, including software development, testing, and quality assurance. The students got a chance to see the latest tools and technologies used in the industry, and the professionals also demonstrated the process of software development, testing, and deployment.
The visit was an interactive session, and the students had a chance to ask questions and clarify their doubts with the professionals. The team at Codebucket Solutions shared their experiences, challenges, and insights about the IT industry, which was informative for the students.
Speaking about the visit, Mr. Ravi Singh, said, “The industrial visit was an excellent opportunity for our students to learn about the practical aspects of the IT industry. They felt that the visit had given them a valuable insight into the real-world challenges of the IT industry.
