ISM, Patna, April 11, 2026: The International School of Management (ISM), Patna, came alive with youthful energy and vibrant celebrations as the Cultural Committee organised the much-awaited Fresher’s Party ‘Roo-ba-Roo 2026’ for the 2025–28 batch students of MBA, PGDM, MCA, BBA, BCA, BCP, and BA(JMC). After a keenly contested series of performances, Manisha Raj (BAJMC) was crowned Miss Fresher, while Shabbih (MBA) earned the title of Mr. Fresher. Demonstrating exceptional charm and personality, Masoom Raza (BCA) was awarded Mr. Handsome, and Niharika (BCA) received the title of Miss Gorgeous.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the institution’s patrons—Chairman Sri Samrendra Singh, Vice-Chairman Sri Deval Singh, and Secretary Sri Amal Singh—who attended as Chief Guests and inspired students with their encouraging presence.
Organised under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar, Director; Prof. (Dr.) Sweta Rani, Academic Head; Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Sharma, Principal; and Ms. Neeru Kumari (Admin), the event reflected ISM’s commitment to nurturing talent beyond academics.
The highlight of the evening was the much-anticipated ramp walk competition, conducted in three exciting rounds. The first round showcased the elegance of Indian traditions through the Ethnic Theme, followed by a Talent Round where participants displayed their unique skills, and culminated in the Western/Corporate Round, reflecting modern style and professionalism.
The event also featured a series of captivating cultural performances by both junior and senior students between the rounds, adding rhythm and colour to the celebration and fostering a sense of unity and belonging among students.
The programme was smoothly coordinated by the Cultural Committee under the leadership of Coordinator Ms. Swati Savarn, along with the dedicated support of committee members. The event was effectively moderated by Ms. Tanya Jha (BCA) and Aditya Raj Singh (BA JMC), who kept the audience engaged throughout.
In her concluding remarks, the Cultural Committee Coordinator expressed gratitude to the management, faculty members, student volunteers, and participants for making Roo-ba-Roo 2026 a grand success. She highlighted that such events play a vital role in building confidence, encouraging creativity, and strengthening interpersonal bonds among students.
